Westport Commons

 
Westport Commons Development is zoned business/office professional and consists of nine buildings off of the corner of Claflin Road and Browning Avenue and then north on Browning to the corner of Browning and Dickens in Manhattan, Kansas. These buildings are constructed with brick and limestone exteriors and concrete tile roofs. The common area is completely landscaped and irrigated making for a very attractive, professional office complex.

Office space can be purchased in two ways - a full building can be purchased or for those who have less space requirements, several buildings have been constructed and divided into condominiums ranging in size from 1,200 sq.ft. to 3,700 sq.ft. Whether you purchase a full building or a condominium space, there are Office Owner Associations to maintain both the common area and the condominium buildings allowing owners to focus their attention on their businesses while doing business in a very attractive setting.

Westport Commons, Unit II, is underway with Gentsler Eye Care Center purchasing all of lot/building six and CBI Pipe & Supply purchasing the first condominium unit in lot/building seven - that would leave condominium space available in building seven. Lot/building 5 is currently under contract.
